NEWTON
The revolutionary modular design of the NEWTON series, with its stainless steel construction, sets new standards in quality, dependability, and flexibility for those rapidly changing market requirements.  Changing from a standard pillow pouch to a sophisticated corner sealed, air deflated bag with press to close/Slider zipper is done by simply adding optional modules to the existing bagger.  Available for making bag sizes up to 400 mm in both intermittent and continuous motion configurations.  A NEWTON 700 is now also available for those Big Bag applications.

 

NEWTON 250c The NEWTON 250c is a continuous motion machine providing NEWTON flexibility at high output rates of up to 200 bags/min.  As with all  NEWTON machines, the 250c is of modular design allowing for add-ons or upgrading to alternative package styles in the future.  Package styles include: Pillow, Gusseted, Flat bottom, Offset Seal, Four Corner Seal, and Doy style. Maximum flat bag size: 250 mm.

NEWTON 250i The NEWTON 250i is an intermittent motion machine with the full NEWTON flexibility in terms of available bag styles. Cycle speeds of over 120 bags/min are achievable.  Package styles include: Pillow, Gusseted, Flat bottom, Offset Seal, Four Corner Seal, Doy style, Block Bag and many more possibilities.  Also available are a variety of re-close features such as tape, Velcro, press to close zipper and Slider Zipper. Maximum flat bag size: 250 mm.

NEWTON 400i The NEWTON 400i is an intermittent motion machine providing the full NEWTON flexibility in larger bag sizes, including the possibility to add the patented air deflation unit, for air deflating flat bottom bags. Cycle speeds of over 100 bags/min are easily achievable. Package styles include: Pillow, Gusseted, Flat bottom, Offset Seal, Four Corner Seal, Doy style, Block Bag, Carry Handles and many more possibilities.  Also available are a variety of re-close features such as Tape, Velcro, press to close zipper and Slider Zipper. Maximum flat bag size: 400 mm.

NEWTON 700i The NEWTON 700i was developed to bring NEWTON flexibility into the large format bag arena.  The NEWTON 700 is able to produce replacements for all current large format pre-made bag styles. Package styles include: Pillow, Gusseted, Flat bottom, Offset Seal, Four Corner Seal, Block Bag and many more possibilities.  Also available are a variety of re-close features such as Tape, Velcro, press to close zipper and Slider Zipper. Maximum flat bag size: 700 mm.

LIMA^nx
The vertical form, fill and seal machine model UVA LIMA^nx is a High Speed Continuous Motion spin off from the NEWTON , completely pre-configured for convenience.  Several complete configurations are available for most industries.  LIMA^nx is the most intelligent and simple to operate continuous motion machine in the world.  What you calculate is what you get.  LIMA^nx is available in two sizes to make bags up to 250mm and 320mm.

LIMAnx 250 and 320 The LIMAnx is pre-configured for those fixed applications that do not require the ability to make bag style changes after installation.  Cycle speeds of up to 200 bags/min are possible. Package styles include: Pillow, Gusseted, Flat bottom, Offset Seal, Four Corner Seal, and Doy style. Maximum flat bag size: 250 mm (LIMAnx 250), 320 mm (LIMAnx 320).

FLASH
The ideal machine for simple applications that do not require the flexibility of the NEWTON range.  Available to produce both pillow and block bottom bags, constructed in stainless steel as standard, FLASH is truly the most economical vertical packaging solution on the market today.  FLASH can produce bag sizes up to 400 mm.

 

FLASH 250 The FLASH 250 is an economical high performance vertical, form, fill and seal-machine.  Two package style options are available for both food and non-food applications at speeds of over 120 bags/min. Package styles include: Pillow, Gusseted and Flat bottom Maximum flat bag size: 250 mm.

FLASH 400 The FLASH 400 is the latest addition to the UVA Packaging FLASH range of equipment. The most economical vertical packaging solution available on the market today, now produces a bag width up to 400 mm.  Cycle speeds are over 80 bags/min.   Package styles include: Pillow, Gusseted and Flat bottom Maximum flat bag size: 400 mm.

UVA-600
UVA Packaging's Big Bag packaging solution, not offered by any other Vertical machine manufacturer, was specifically designed to replace pre-made bags.  The UVA- 600 can produce pillow and block bottom bags with almost any film available.  The UVA-600 can produce bag sizes up to 600 mm wide with a host of options including an air expelling system that removes enough residual air to ensure pallet stability without the need to perforate or apply a one-way valve.

 

UVA- 600A The UVA- 600A is UVA's Big Bag packaging solution. This extra heavy-duty vertical, form, fill and seal machine for the largest bag size needs. It is designed for harsh environments. Cycle speeds are 5 - 40 bags/min. Package styles include: Pillow, Gusseted and Flat bottom Maximum flat bag size: 600 mm.
